I tend to agree with some of his ideas; however, there is a flaw in the logic: You cannot be a "Citizen" and also a "Sovereign." In fact I tend to look at that as an oxymoron, since those are opposite positions contained in the same phrase. I look at Citizenship as a tool to psychologically manipulate people into believing that the government can "Grant" rights. Your Natural Rights are yours by birth and by God. They cannot be arbitrated, abridged, abrogated, restricted, constrained or likewise regulated. In many of my posts, I come off very strong on that. He does hit the authorities pretty close to home though. I like his aspirations.
The important thing is if you are in full realization of your Natural Sovereignty; you are free, it really doesn't matter whoever out there wants to claim your allegiance. They can write laws and mandates until they are blue in face....

I think if I were to write a Declaration it would have to be based off of the Isha Upanishad. It would have to include something to the effect of what Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence, yet with modifications to address the Individual Sovereign.
What we need to see clearly is any type of "filing of forms," or setting up affidavits are only playing into the hands of the Globalist Criminal Cabal whom we are opposing.
