Dragon Court, Heraldry and the Symbolism used to Construct Occult Hierarchy -- part 6

Dual interpretations of Law come from the fabric of the "Public / Private" design that has always been Administrated through Government; this has been a feature of the "Legal Veil" of Corporations.

There are many examples of how the Public / Private government franchise is set up so as to defer accountability, dilute Individual Sovereignty and to Control the structure of Power from a distance. History has some very interesting symbolic displays of how this power from “behind the veil” gets concentrated in secret.

Dragon Court and the history of the Order of the Garter shows some very clear connections to the way this all got started.

Some examples of areas where this duality occurs:

Your Individual Identity is split between a Corporate You and a Personal You; this is accomplished using CESTUI QUE VIE Trust and your Birth Certificate Bond; creating a straw man entity, enables the administration of Corporate Law. This also hypothicates your straw man identity as a pledged asset to the government.

Property Ownership is split between a Legal Owner and a Beneficial Owner; you the property owner who pays property tax are not the full legal owner. The true owner is he who holds the land patent, and therefore the full true title in Allodium. Normally in the US, individuals don’t hold Allodial title, the Corporate US Government does. The title itself is held by DTC and ultimately if you follow the trust system it leads right back to the City of London.

Stocks and Bonds; there is the retail stock 'holder' who is a beneficial owner of class 'A' or 'B' stocks and derivatives, then there is the actual stock 'owner' who hides behind a corporate veil in the following way; the actual ownership of paper assets is 'held' by DTC, but the DTC is in turn owned by Cede & Co, a private company, that in turn is owned by foreign Elites. The duality in this case is a split between "beneficial ownership" and "legal ownership." By the way, beneficial ownership does mean that you can sell something and get compensation for it; unfortunately, that’s in fiat paper money, soon it may be non existent digital tokens that have an expiry date instead of fiat.

Currency, the duality is centered on debt vs real money. Many people can debate if real money can be gold, silver, other precious metals or Bitcoin. I tend to look at the true treasure of our country to be the individual people themselves. But not that straw man that is a “Citizen,” and a product of the Federal Corporation. Real money is a concept the Elites must hide; they use the debt note to do that, after all debt creates the slavery they want, in order to keep people under their control. These Parasitic Elites don't use their own fiat money between themselves; they are actual Allodial owners of Land Patents and can't be forced to pay property taxes. They own all paper assets, like Trust, Bonds, Sureties, Technical Patents, Copy Rights and the like.

Our so called Government is a Public / Private Franchise System in and of itself; there is the 'Republic' we all want to believe we have, then there is the Federal Corporation which is an actual 'Democracy,' between the Stakeholders only and it really excludes all regular people who vote. Who are the Stakeholders? They are the same people who own The Bank of International Settlements, that’s not the board of directors, that is just a "public front,' you can easily look up who is on the board; but you can't easily do that to find who actually 'owns' that institution, that information is Occulted.

Legalese has a form of dual function in linguistics; whereas, the public develops an understanding of the Law, then once it must be used in a Court, the public discovers that the law was not for the public benefit. Interpretation of the linguistics in legalese allows for a significant portion of defined written law to be therefore….. Occulted.

Legislation is written with titles that are almost always opposite of what the law actually does; of course there are many examples like “Affordable Care Act,” or “Patriot Act.”

Form follows function and then, it can be expressed in symbolism.

A Heraldry of Two Faces: They are always organized in this particular way. They use what I call "Double Eagle Heraldry," one face of the bird is the public facing facade the other is occulted behind the corporate veil. From there what is unseen, is arranged like an onion skin, where the most important operators are the most hidden.

Nicholas de Vere has never gotten much credit for being a whistleblower.
De Vere has explained that the Order of the Garter (of the British Royal family) is effectively (also) an “Order of the Dragon”. See the following quote from his book:

“The Garter or Gartier, was a small, buckled belt worn by women around the top of the left thigh or just below the left knee on men. Apart from being a menstrual badge and a semantic symbol of the womb and the Grail, it was also a representation of the serpent eating its own tail. The Garter therefore was the alchemical symbol of the Orobourus, the serpent who, in consuming itself, has become a Dragon, a vampire.”

Here we will remember the opening prose at the beginning of this collection of essays:

The Garter as the alchemical orobourus is still an emblematic component of the old Angevin Imperial and Royal Dragon Court today, under the Grand Mastership of its Vere head, a senior heir of the senior Houses of Anjou and Lorraine who is himself a gartered knight of the Orcadian Clan Donnachaid, which demonstrates the ubiquity of the Garter symbol amongst the ancient families. The Garter denoted rank in later witchcraft which, as we have seen, originated as Druidism.
The Orobourus, the reptilian symbol of completeness is the Sumaire, the serpent that encircles and spirals to create an inhaling vortex, a black hole that draws all energy and life into it.

I’ve investigated the ouroboros, the snake eating its tail. The snake represents the serpent or the dragon.

The ouroboros was displayed in a variety of different cultures, going back as far as the ancient Egyptians, [who may have viewed it from a different perspective than the people who used it later.]

In his 19th-century book Transendential Magic, Eliphas Levi illustrated: “The great Symbol of Solomon. The Double Triangle of Solomon, represented by the two Ancients of the Kabalah; the Macroprosopus and the Microprosopus; the God of Light and the God of Reflections; of mercy and vengeance; the white Jehovah and the black Jehovah.”

Ouroboros in this case is representing perpetuity of infinite cyclic existence; highlighting the symbolism of dual perceptions, that which we see and that which we don’t see. What is not seen, is perpetually “Occulted.”

The word ouroboros is Greek – tail-eater – ouro (tail) boros (eating). Possibly before the Egyptians it was already used in Babylon or Sumer.
Greece, China, India, Japan, the Middle East, Romans, and Native Americans have all made drawings that represented this symbol. Freemasons, and Theosophical societies often reference it as well.
The double ouroboros is a symbol for infinity, when flipped vertically.

The following symbol is used in alchemy; a hexagram (Seal of Solomon) and double-headed ouroboros (both wear crowns). The symbols on the star represent the astrological portion of the symbol, Jupiter (tin), Venus (copper), the Moon (silver), the Sun (gold), Mars (iron) and Saturn (lead), with Mercury (!) at the centre.
Notice the symbol in the center is the same as the court yard layout of the Vatican.

Mercury, Mercurius (quicksilver) is a serpent or dragon in alchemy – serpens mercurialis.
Inside the hexagram: animalia (animal), vegetabilia (vegetable) and mineralia (mineral); mare (sea), terra (land), Ros Pluvia (dew rain).

The following picture below shows the sun and moon in opposite positions, which symbolises how the world has been purposefully shifted by man.
The man holds 2 Caduceuses of Hermes in his hands. The spiral effect indicates an expansion of knowledge, and the undulating dance of cosmic forces. The double snakes of the caduceus also represent duality and the unification of polar opposites.

[The top head of one spear points up while the other one points down, symbolizing the movement of both the ascending force and the descending force of life. (Kundalini) In terms of Spiritual Evolution, this expresses “As above, so below.”]

Caduceus means “herald’s staff of office” in Greek, and the centre rod was a symbol of Hermes who was the messenger of the Elohiym. [Or could that be Elohiem?]
The wings symbolize ascension, and higher awareness.

What’s also interesting (although maybe not in the context of this thread) is that the tarot consists of 22 cards, and 22 is the number of paths in the Kabbalah Tree of Life.

The Aztec Pyramid of the Feathered Serpent 700-900 AD features a seven-segmented ouroboros.

The true nature of Being is both eternal and formless; while we are here experiencing this thing called “Human;” we are only sensitive to a limited band of frequencies within consciousness, in the world of the five senses. Our physical existence is all about having balance between two aspects of the Sovereign Being: the physical world of “form” and the “formless” world of the spirit. This points to what is seen and what is not seen, it makes some sense that throughout the early development of organized society, symbolism would be used in this way to help describe esoteric experience and nature. Symbolism by itself is not malicious, but it has been used, misused, redefined and then reconstructed for many purposes. In this research, it has become very clear that the Power and Control Hierarchy built it’s architecture around the concept of the Double Headed Eagle or Dragon.
