Political Pendulums and Overton Windows

Politics is not Left vs Right It never has been; peace results from balance of energy, power, perception and righteous action. Actually, Real Peace does not exist outside of you, for those of you who have read my posts and comments on this, you are aware of where I’m coming from. Politics is a liar’s hobby; but who is lying to whom?

An Overton Window:

In order to get people to go along with any terrible idea, they must first be presented with an initial terrible “unacceptable idea;” then when people push back hard against it, the presenters then pretend to give in, and offer a “much lesser terrible idea,” they oblige everyone to accept. There are many examples, generally this is commonly referred to as the “Overton Window.”

Socially, this is a sedimentation of bad ideas that goes far back in history, to the beginning of countries. It’s the very bedrock of how Centralized Order has been constructed on assumed consent. Centralized Order has claimed a juxtaposition with “Chaos.” People have been programed to associate Chaos with Anarchy, but that’s just plain wrong.

Anarchy Etymology — Mid 16th century: via medieval Latin from Greek anarkhia, from anarkhos, from an = ‘without’ + arkhos = ‘chief, ruler’. “Without Ruler.”

Sovereign is one who has no ruler and also has no subjects.

For the record: “Anarchy” is NOT “Chaos;” it is only chaos for those who want to hold you as a slave, it repudiates any “claim” the State attempts to make against your Sovereignty. Arbitrary Hierarchy is their tool to keep you under their boot.

Prior to 9-11, there had not been any major war effort made by the US, so with the new idea of a “War on Terror,” we were sold a “Forever War” and a Legal Abomination called the Patriot Act, as indicated by 2nd Smartest. This was a shift in the Overton Window, people would never have accepted it before 9-11. Even though all wars have been “Banker’s Wars, they always needed them to convince the majority of people to go along with new bad ideas. So this shifted the Overton Window of “acceptable” State crafted Fraudulent Laws.

I can no longer use the term “Unconstitutional,” to describe the Patriot Act, because it is simply Unlawful. What is a “Constitution?” Who are the Constitutors? A Constitutor is one who passes on his debt to a third party. The Constitution of the United States of America is an Instrument that passes on the National Debt to the States. That is Unlawful, the States agreed to come together to “form” the United States; therefore, States have inheritant Sovereignty over the Fed US, with some defined enumerations. According to the post Civil War 14th Amendment; all Individuals born in the US are to be considered “US Persons” and are required to have a US citizenship, the language in the 14th, makes those citizens into “Ipso Facto” guarantors for the National Debt. People have been so used to paying taxes and prostrating to the authority of the Federal Government for so many years it is permanently enshrined in their sense of acceptability. The Social, Political and Economic Overton Window was shifted when the 16th Amendment was passed. Enabling taxation was at first only used to collect it from the very wealthy; this was how the Overton Window got moved for everyone else to accept it, with everyone today used to paying taxes, there is no political will to change it.

Plandemics and Healthcare Intimidation:

In order to have a Pandemic, the Globalist Parasites needed to have a “Plandemic,” established with choreography like “Event 201.” But for their plan to work, people had to have the primer of the last 100 plus years, built on “Fear of Viruses,” such as in “Germ Theory” in addition they needed to “Believe” in injected medicines like “Vaccines.” In order to sell Lock-downs, people needed to have a fear of viral spread; the only thing that actually spread was “Authoritarianism, complete with “Quarantine Camps” to isolate people from each other, like in Australia and New Zealand.

The Unlawful ideas of “state controlled” Public Health is based on the fiction that one person’s health has an impact on another’s. If people were presented with the “gene altering injections” in an above board upfront manner, the vaccine would never have been accepted. The intimidation of having a “virus” loose that people wanted to avoid, made them feel an injection was acceptable; thus the Overton Window was shifted. Along came masks, vaccine mandates, no jab — no job, social media censorship and then the term “Misinformation and Disinformation” was introduced as a buzz word, just like other terms of the past like “Conspiracy Theorist.” People gave government an inch and it took a mile. More Overton shifting.

The Overton window is an approach to identifying the ideas that define the spectrum of acceptability of governmental policies. It says politicians can act only within the acceptable range. Shifting the Overton window involves proponents of policies outside the window persuading the public to expand the window.

There are many things to say about President Trump, I was originally a very strong supporter of him after he was already “Elected,” or “Selected.” This is just to say that when compared to the way things worked prior to Trump, I began to really like some of the things I saw him do.

I am Neutral and I only want to address the issues that I see by applying a sense of realism, the country needs a good person who will make the right choices, but I also want the Truth. Trump would be way better than what we have, Dr Shiva would be even better. Most of all, the corporate government MUST be abolished, replaced by what’s really supposed to be there. A Franchise Corporate Charter with the City of London can no longer stand. Admiralty Laws along with their Courts must be shoved into the sea.

My own Trump Observation:

As a business owner for the last 30 years, I was quite irritated at the way certain regulations were before Trump. When He got elected (or installed), things looked like they got better, in someways. Particularly in respect to Immigration restrictions, the reduction of Business Regulations that hurt small business; then along came Covid. That’s when I really began to learn my lesson. From Covid, I was clearly able to see him as a Big Pharma Tool with Operation Warp Speed. Covid restrictions hurt many small businesses and cherry picked winners in business; Walmart and Home Depot stayed open, while small shops were forced to close. First, it had seemed the Trump Era Political Pendulum was in favor of free enterprise and small business. It all now looked like a ruse.

With Covid, of course everyone knows about the Mask Mandates, Covid Lock Downs, Vaccine rollout and then subsequent Vaccine Mandates for various jobs; private employers following the Government impositions. There was the Censorship on Social Media. We were all asking: “Why can’t these government officials and private enterprises doing all this be put on trial?” There were clear direct violations of the US Constitution, even the so called Court System was showing just how corrupt they were. After all, when your country is ruled by a Criminal Cabal, they won’t bother to investigate themselves.

To prove my point about corruption: Many of the Jan 6 Political Prisoners had not had a speedy and fair trial in at least 3 years of being forced to live in a cage, in DC. Yet, all of the BLM and Antifa mob were free and walking around, never saw the inside of a jail cell, no trial needed according to “Authorities.” There are many other examples for “Constitutional” violations, none will ever be punished.

In 2020, when Trump was “Unselected” and replaced with a new; obvious puppet, things got decisively worse. The transformation from Trump Era to Biden Era was a very brisk swing of the Political Pendulum. It was now as though the whole purpose of the Federal Government was to destroy as much private enterprise, private property and equity as possible, while reducing the status of Individual Sovereignty. It’s like the whole function of Government was now to show just how bad things could really get. When Trump became the target of Legal Persecution, with corrupt courts trying to fine him for millions, over baseless claims recently; this has only made him even more popular. People who liked him before now love him so much, they can’t wait for Selection 2024. With the nearly inevitable populous flush, Trump will be back; whatever he does, will be done with the “presumed” consent of the the majority. This will swing the Political Pendulum something quite fierce, people who “believe” the Elections are for real will feel vindicated or pissed off, not noticing that it is all Kabuki Theater.

There are many things that drive Populism, just ask yourself why is it that one man could become so popular? The things happening to Trump now, are making him well loved, is it a form of Managed Populism? [Managed Political Martyrdom] Or is it a genuine Grassroots Populism that comes from every Individual’s sense of Trust? It could be a combination of both.

Trump could very well Preside over such things as:

• Introduction of CBDC’s and Digital National ID, a non starter for me.

• Ratification of the WHO Plandemic Treaty, IHR, this is an Act of War

• Forced Vaccination and use of ever more mRNA vaccines

• Climate Emergency Lock Downs, or ones about a declared Plandemic

• Migrant check points everywhere, with “Officers” asking: “Your Papers Please?”

• Out right roundups of “suspected illegal status individuals”

• More Censorship online, [we can still bypass this]

Summary:

The Pendulum swing from Trump’s first term to Biden’s terrible one was fierce and dramatic; the Pendulum will snap back with ever greater force of Populism, resulting in even more Overton shift. Populism is extremely dangerous, especially if it is being managed and coordinated by those who “Rule from Behind the Curtain” after all, they are the ones deciding who will “Govern in Front.”

In Germany, the Era that spanned between the Wiemar Republic and the Third Reich; there were some significant Political and Social shifts, aspects of which are like a dramatic swing of a Pendulum. These eras had much in common.

The Wiemar Republic Era was rife with social and amoral debauchery such as wide spread homosexuality and pedophilia as well as common prostitution; they had made the first attempts to do “sex changes,” their version of LGBT. Sounds almost like what we have here in the US, these days.

Economy of the Wiemar Republic was a total wreak due to the continuous printing of the paper money; they had plenty of paper money, but nothing that it could ever buy. Notice how the US dollar is buying less, it’s value is going down. Soon we will need wheelbarrows of cash here in the USA.

This failed Republic was a product of a color revolution which took place inside of Germany, at the end of the Great War. This “People’s Revolt” destroyed the “Empire of Germany” and replaced it with the Facade Republic of Wiemar. When Hitler was “Installed,” he came into office with a populous flush, he was very popular with many traditional minded Germans. The Political Pendulum in Germany had taken a big swing to the opposite side from where it was during the Wiemar Republic. When I say “Installed,” I don’t mean that he didn’t have popularity, he certainly did; Germans were fed up and rightly so. The manipulations of the financiers happened behind the scenes. This is true of nearly all politicians, including ones that are sold as “outsiders.”

This is NOT a comparison with Trump; just a comparison of how the Populism shifted.

In a general sense, The Wiemar Republic was to the Culture of Germany, as today’s Woke Biden Era is to the Culture of the USA. In both cases, Regular People were subjected to cultural assaults that will only serve to build a giant backlash.

What is found in the Left vs Right paradigm is a Juxtaposition — Not Relief — It is always manipulated

For starters:

• Elections have always been manipulated, they have always been Selections, when Selection 2020 came around, it was obvious. Selection 2022 was the same thing.

• The Media has always been “Controlled” or (“counter rolled”) the main tool for getting the populace to go along with the next public nudge.

• The Republic has for most of it’s life, been a Facade owned and operated by a Federal Corporate Franchise chartered out of the City of London. This Corporate Franchise is a Democracy existing only between Stakeholders; excluding all of us, except we are expected to be it’s Subjects.

• The Medical Industrial Complex has always been an Infiltration into the “Healing Arts.” Once people could “believe” in such fictions as “injectable medicine,” they would accept the idea of “forced” medical procedures and countermeasures.

We have been under invasion for most of the years of Biden’s term; possibly as much as 25 million people have come across the intentionally open border. NGO’s have been handing out bags of cash to each person who wants to join the march to our southern border. Most of the people crossing are young men from various places like China. They are foreign troops who are willing to get a free US Citizenship for serving in our military; they are the ones most likely to turn their weapons on all the Native American Nationals. (People who were born here.) Most of the force that is brought to bear in other countries in the world have been mercenaries like this; hired by the likes of the International Finance Corp, (IFC) their purpose is to insure policies favorable to the Corporate Franchise System that controls the Global Government Facades.

Top down

We are already fully aware of the presence of imposters posing as public officials; many of our Congress have dual citizenship with Israel. The President is obviously a puppet. Yet the worst part is the directors of each of the Three Letter Agencies are operating those agencies in service to the Globalist Franchise System mentioned above. There are already many low to mid level agents of these agencies in every state. Many policing agencies are corrupt; but not all of them, the ones that are have been doing such things as Civil Asset Forfeiture and are corrupt as hell. The higher the places in the government you look, the more corruption you will find. They are there for a reason. They are Parasites!! They provide zero value, except to themselves.

Middle inside out

The way it looks right now is there may be a plan to create a perfect storm of crises; the most easy one to see is one involving the Migrants. (Foreign Invasionary Force) With an Election coming up, these gangs of criminals could be unleashed to cause havoc on the streets in a big way, just like in the 2020 “Summer of Love.” People would quickly grow very worried for their safety on the streets. Keep in mind, there could be many variations to what may actually happen. The average person would be crying to the Government for “help.”

To Summarize:

The bottom rises up: If there is constant violence, and people are being targeted without any help from the local officials, they will be crying to the Federal Government: “Just please just make it stop.” If Trump is back in office, he may be prompted to take terrible actions that ruin freedom.

Top comes down, corrupt operatives in the government can then start squeezing the People in the Middle with measures that may make the “Patriot Act” look like a cheap walk in park. With the Migrants as an excuse, Trump could impose Citizenship check points everywhere, searching for people to deport. Other possibilities are: There could be a complete Banking System failure, or the WHO could easily declare a “Plandemic:” There could be lock downs, weapon confiscation, forced vaccination and implementation of digital ID.

On the Plandemic:

The Criminal Parasites who run the Government; DBA United States Inc., had decided to declare War on all of us, a long time ago. In the Plandemic, the Covid Criminals had "acted on" a pre-planned course set of actions.

Unlimited Warfare directed at people mislabeled as “Citizens,” is enshrined in the Patriot Act and other legal frameworks. All they need to do is relabel someone as “Terrorist,” then they are automatically a military target. The ends justify the means. I have suspected Covid was likely just a dry run for what they have in mind once they put a Populist 2nd term of Trump back into office. Maybe it doesn’t have to be Trump, maybe it doesn’t matter who is in “office.”

In the last few years we have studied the PREP Act and EUA, Other Transaction Authority OTA; after all that, they still think they can continue to wage this War on all free inhabitants of all land masses everywhere. Even while we KNOW what they are doing and how they are doing it.

The IHR with the WHO is over the top, as an International effort to wage war on our Individual Freedom. I consider the ratification of the IHR a Direct Act of War. Any attempts to enforce “Public Healthcare Orders” or the like shall be viewed as Null and Void.

Government and their Private Equity Holders / Financial Stakeholders should have ZERO expectation for any further compliance to their Fraud called Laws. In fact, Legal is NOT the same as Lawful.

For some historical background:

The very beginning of this was the Cestue Que Vie Birth Certificate passed in 1666. The presumption that a "State Power," should have any "Claim" on any individual whatsoever, let alone “Ipso Facto Guarantor” for any debt created by a third party, this fraud must come to an end. I want to see an open discussion on just how to get the country back to recognizing our Sui Juris Status, as Individual Sovereigns. Completely removing all Legal Frameworks that even come close to such fictions as "Public Health Mandates," or even the whole construct of "Public Health" itself. PREP Act and EUA, are symptomatic of a rot that makes the fraud called the legal system possible; it must be ripped out by the roots.

Maybe it takes the complete reversion of the 14th Amendment to it's original Pre-Civil War language.

We are already born Sovereign; that is a quality that cannot ever be surrendered, no Law written can ever force anyone to give up that natural property. As Individual Sovereigns, we are the “De Jure.” The current government is often referred to as the “De Facto.” In the final solution to this; De Jure has a natural right to control the De Facto, not the other way around.

The Republic was always just a Facade operated by Foreign Powers, we must Force the Republic to Seize ACTUAL Sovereign Severance from the Entire Global Government Franchise System.

If Trump gets back into office, everyone must hold his feet to the fire to make very specific demands. Starting first with: Denouncing and completely defunding Israel and Ukraine. Let them twist in the wind, it will be fun to watch.

Will Trump do what We want him to?

So what would be the list of things you would like to see Trump do if he gets back into office? My ideas below are based off of very Isolationist, Libertarian, Conservative views, this is not going to be a complete list:

In order to Nationally seize Sovereign Severance from the Entire Global Government Franchise System, thereby asserting the Declaration of Independence, we would need to start with completely abolishing the Rothschild Central Bank and the Federal Reserve Inc. That being done, establish a Nationalized Currency completely free of interest. Then:

• Abolish all Corporate Structures except ‘S’ type Corporations, this is because they are almost always private proprietorships.

• Abolish all forms of Corporate Government Franchise Structures.

• Republican form of Government MUST be forced to Represent the Constituents.

• Abolish ALL lobbying

• Senators are back to being appointed by the State Governors. Not popular voting.

• Ban ALL Voting Machines — Paper Ballots only.

• Establish a National Currency based on Gold and Silver backing holding the right to seignorage, while All Individuals may also Coin their own Metal if they so choose. So currency based off of weight of the metal for local communities.

• Ban Banks, people may at their discretion hold gold and silver in a locker of some kind, details of how that could work would need to be ironed out locally.

• Abolish all Property Taxes nation wide, find a different way to waste local money.

• Abolish Eminent Domain, this would force public works projects to seriously respect private property owners.

• Abolish Land Ownership of the United States Government; Land may only be owned privately and in Fee Simple. Any exception to this would need to be carefully ironed out; there would still need to be Military bases somewhere.

• Assert that all Private Property Owners hold “True Allodial Title in Fee Simple.”

• Abolish Fee Title and Trustee to Property Ownership. If there are Mortgages, that constitutes a one to one Contract.

• Abolish the Trust System that enables Foreign Entities and Foreign Sovereigns to hold Private Equities and interest in our “Landmass.”

• Ban the use of Sui Juris Trust that hide “Old Money” for use to leverage public assets. Public Assets must obey the direct will of the Represented Constituents. Sui Juris Trust would be the only way trust are written, with people operating in the Private.

• Assert that it is Unlawful for Foreign Powers and Corporations to own anything here in the USA. Period.

• Corporations are not “Persons.” Period.

• Abolish the Cestue Que Vie Birth Certificate Trust and remove Ipso Facto status from all Native Born people. Completely delete the “Straw Man” construct.

• Assert that all people are Absolute Sovereigns and as such, hold Sui Juris Status

• Rewrite the 14th Amendment to reflect the nature of “Citizenship” as STRICTLY for Identification only, there is No Requirement for “Registration” because all Individuals are already in Sui Juis status.

• Switch the Legalese Language of the Declaration back to “Unalienable” from the term “Inalienable.”

• Dissolve all Legal Frameworks ever written that enable Public Health Care Laws.

• Abolish all Vaccine Schedules EVERYWHERE.

• Dissolve the AMA, ABIM, et al… all systems currently woven together to form the flying trapeze called the Medical Industrial Complex.

• Abolish Allopathic Medicine, injectables MUST become as rare as possible.

• Abolish the CIA, FBI, DHS, CPS, CDC, NIH, FDA, IRS and all other unnecessary three letter agencies.

• Abolish all Censorship in Media,

• Illegalize use of Algorithms in search engines and Surveillance

• Void all laws that restrict the Gun and Weapon Ownership, Use, Possession therefore; Fortifying the 2nd Amendment. Encourage education and safety of Guns.
