Corporate Chains of Custody show how Double Headed Eagle Heraldry is a basis for the "Legal Veil" of Power Hierarchy

There are historic examples of a basic pattern designed into the Architecture of Hierarchy; the master of which is always hidden behind the veil. Please view the video from Sui Juris Channel.

In my previous post of Dragon Court, I pointed out that the Double Headed Eagle is a form of Heraldry that illustrates how most Power Hierarchies are constructed. Employed most commonly in the Corporate World, there is a concept commonly used to separate the “Personal Owner Operators” from the “Titulary Operators.” This is the corporate veil, it is a very ancient method used to conceal and accumulate power in secret.

Here is an example of how the Individual Sovereign, a real living person is divided into two parts statutorily; by the Cestui Que Vie Birth Certificate Trust / Surety. The status of Citizenship is created just so that the Corporate Government can do business with your “Straw Man.” Note that your Sovereign Identity isn’t even mentioned here; a “Grantor” is mentioned and may very well take a position of the sovereign. In this diagram taken from the video, “public / private” is a symbolic duality that is enacted into a legal framework. A pseudo legal framework.

Neither the Public or the Private Identity is real; only that which cannot be seen, is truly real and therefore holds real power, that which is not seen is also not measurable, is therefore infinite, and is the Real You, the Sovereign.

Double Headed Eagle or Winged Dragon symbolism is directly connected to the use of the “Corporate Veil.” It has been right in front of everyone for centuries. Dual kingship was a practice of the Khazarian Khaggnate. There was a public facing king that was known to the public; known as the Kheggan, then there was an individual known as the Bey, who resided behind the curtain of power and made all the real decisions. Real power was always meant to stay hidden.

Correcting your Cestui Que Vie Birth Certificate Trust does NOT get you any Money.

There are many schemes that people get into trying to get a supposed hidden amount of money in a “trust” in your name. It is my opinion, this a farce designed to get you to make an “Illegal” mistake. The very last point on this video says something about filing a UCC1; as I am not sure about this, and I am NOT an attorney, I will not offer any legal advice as to exactly what to do to “change your status.” I can say that as a self declared “Sovereign” I do not subscribe to any of the rules the Corporate Government has authored; the rules were written for the benefit of the “Corporate Owners,” for them to win against you. If you follow their rules, the chance of getting an outcome that you want is next to nil. A key to get what I’m saying is found on the top of the snap shot below of that last part on the video: ‘Ways to get our rights back.’

You have NEVER lost your rights, you were merely fooled into believing that you are subordinate to the “Legal System.”

Their own governments and the Globalist think of themselves as Sovereign “Stakeholders.” So, if they think they are Individual Sovereigns, why can’t the rest of us?

Three types of Sovereignty that Google displays:

• Titular Sovereignty. Titular sovereignty refers to an office that has supreme authority in name only. ... [Such as the current US President.]

• Internal and External Sovereignty. Internal sovereignty refers to a government capable of demanding obedience from all persons and parties within it. ... [This may be the concept being applied to the “Citizens” to try forcing them to take a Democidal Medical Countermeasure. ‘vaccine.’]

• Legal and Political Sovereignty. [These two versions of it are only able to exist if you acquiesce to the Political or Legal system.]

Security:

Bond:

Surety:

The person who has pledged him or herself to pay back money or perform a certain action if the principal to a contract fails, as collateral, and as part of the original contract. (Duhaime’s Law Dictionary).

1: a formal engagement (as a pledge) given for the fulfillment of an undertaking.

2: one who promises to answer for the debt or default of another. Under the Uniform Commercial Code, however, a surety includes a guarantor, and the two terms are generally interchangeable. (Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary of Law 1996).

Guarantor:

A person who pledges collateral for the contract of another, but separately, as part of an independently contract with the obligee of the original contract. (Duhaime’s Law Dictionary).

Fraud Vitiates and Cancels False Obligations:

A contract can only be valid if it follows all the Rules and Process of law that created it. One of the main elements or rules of contract law states that “all parties must understand the scope, nature, terms, and t that fails to be entered into by mutual “good faith”, with full disclosure of the terms and conditions to both parties, and consent by all parties, is void ab initio (from the beginning). Whenever the elements of “good faith” disclosure and/or “consent” are missing, any contract can automatically be ruled null and void if the deceived or defrauded party enforces the Rules of Law. Once again, silence is default. If you say nothing, you have defaulted.

UCC 1-203 Obligation of good faith.–Every contract or duty within this code imposes an obligation of good faith in its performance or enforcement.

Were you aware of the implied and “presumed” contract between you and the Real Party of Interest, the owners of the Federal Reserve System? In all law and truth, it doesn’t exist, does it?

UCC 1-201 Definitions— (31) “Presumption” or “presumed” means that the trier of fact must find the existence of the fact presumed unless and until evidence is introduced which would support a finding of its nonexistence.

Were all terms and conditions disclosed to you at birth or any time since then? Of course not. Legally, once you rebut the presumption by affidavit for failure to disclose the terms and conditions or obtain mutual consent, the contract automatically becomes null and void. Such a contract as this, which has unlawfully bound the average American to it, is considered fraud or misrepresentation. For example:

UCC 1-103 Supplementary general principles of law applicable.–Unless displaced by the particular provisions of this code, the principles of law and equity, including the law merchant and the law relative to capacity to contract, principal and agent, estoppel, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake, bankruptcy, or other validating or invalidating cause shall supplement its provisions.

As you can now see, the major flaw in all artificial governments and their “laws” is the absence of a genuine and legal agreement between the parties due to a failure to fully disclose, have a meeting of the minds, and lack mutual “good faith”. In their presumption that you have agreed to a bona fide contract with the government, you were never informed of the full terms and conditions of the purported contract.

THE BODY DOES NOT ADMIT OF VALUATION

A sacred thing does not admit of valuation{Res sacra non recipit æstimationem; Dig. 1. 8. 9. 5}; ….

What is said above here is very similar to how I define Sovereignty in my post on Individualized Sovereignty:

“The condition of the sovereign “being” is a projection of the one-self into a physical birth; it is experienced by and for the sacred self. Human existence is a product of this sovereign experience. The true nature of being is formless, yet it is all there ever was, or ever could be. All physical forms are caused by a formless reality that is standing behind it. Temporarily participating in this experience called “human,” each experience of being are a focal point of infinite awareness. This makes each human being sovereign because the experience is observed from the vantage point of the Eternal Self; clothed in the ideation of Individual Hood. The Eternal “I,” True Being; that is both The Observer and The Observed, is One coming from Oneness. To stand within and observe the One in its myriad forms of Life; within the expression of Being, Consciousness, and Bliss. The fastest route to realization of this truth is Love. Our whole basis for Identity should be that of the formless nature of Consciousness; not human labels, status based on appearances, or citizenship since these are always transitory.”

In simple summary:

All laws of Social, Economic or Political nature are only arbitrary agreements. If they fail us; we shall not fail ourselves, as Individuals we have the ultimate say in how we choose to live, the real remedy for what is outside can always be found inside.
